Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling posts.
Manage and grow our social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, adjusting strategies as needed.
Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and campaigns.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
